Children under the age of 12 should be accompanied by an adult. Strollers are permitted.
Backpacks, briefcases, large bags, packages, and umbrellas are not permitted. Coat hooks and storage lockers are available in the service hallways at the rear of the museum. If you cannot find the lockers, please ask a security officer for assistance.
Food and drink are not permitted in the galleries. Those who enter with food and drink will be asked to leave items at the front or rear reception desk.
Visitors must wear shoes and a shirt.
Photography without flash for private, noncommercial use is permitted, however, prior approval is required to use a tripod or monopod inside the museum. Please see our complete policy regarding photography and video.
Animals are not allowed in the museum except for service animals.
These guidelines are intended to enhance the experience for all visitors and are similar to those found in most museums. Those who violate the above guidelines may be asked to leave.
