Oberlin’s quaint downtown offers a variety of local shopping and dining experiences. Relax on a bench or “porch” swing on Tappan Square, a 13-acre green space across from the museum and local merchants.


The Firelands Association for the Visual Arts (FAVA) operates its own gallery and gift shop featuring primarily local artists. FAVA also offers classes and workshops.
