Join Oberlin Conservatory students for an afternoon of French Vocal Chamber music from 1860–1900, uniquely paired with the Allen’s exhibition, Picturing Paris: Monet and the Modern City. Students will perform music by Paris composers Fauré, Chausson, Chaminade, Saints-Saëns, and Caplet for Voice, Flute, and String Quartet, alongside the Conservatory's exquisite 1865 Broadwood piano. Interim Curator of Academic Programs Emily French and Associate Professor of Voice Martha Guth will offer introductory remarks. This event is free and does not require tickets.
