Looking for greater balance and relaxation in your life? Join us for Mindful Meditation sessions with art from the Allen’s collection. Libni López, a clinical therapist with Authentically You Therapy, leads sessions of intentional mindfulness, followed by a discussion facilitated by Ellis Lane, Curatorial Assistant in the Education Department. These 45-minute Zoom sessions are free and open to everyone. Find details and register at amam.oberlin.edu/meditation.
