Mindful Meditation is an hour of intentional mindfulness practice centered around a work of art. Clinical therapist Libni López will lead the meditation, followed by a discussion on the work of art facilitated by Ellis Lane, curatorial assistant in the Education Department.
November's artwork is Tōshi Yoshida's (Yoshida Tōshi 吉田遠志), Bright, 1969
