Visitors enjoy an outdoor event at the Allen. Photo by Mike Crupi. By summer 2025, all three goals had been achieved. In fall 2025, the museum undertook a refresh of the plan to align with the vision of its new director. This process engaged the entire staff in developing our goals and focused on launching the expansion project beyond the architectural feasibility study. With guidance from Julie Clarke and Elizabeth Voudouris from Business Volunteers Unlimited, the Allen refined its goals for the next three years while maintaining its core mission, vision, and values.
