Take a break in your busy day and relax with art! Libni López, local clinical therapist with Authentically You Therapy, will lead sessions of intentional mindfulness centered around a work of art from the Allen’s collection, followed by a discussion facilitated by Ellis Lane, Curatorial Assistant in the Education Department.
