In the first session of our summer Mindful Meditation series, clinical therapist Libni López guides a meditation with Memory Board (Lukasa), an object made by unrecorded Luba artists in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Following the meditation, an AMAM staff member will facilitate an interactive discussion.
