Breathe: Mindful Meditation with Art

Thursday, November 5, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. - 3:45 p.m.

During these stressful times, take a moment to pause, relax, and take care of yourself. The Allen Memorial Art Museum and the Student Health and Counseling Center are offering a mindful meditation session inspired by Spring Moon, a 1932 Japanese woodblock print by Hasui Kawase (Kawase Hasui 川瀬巴水). This online session will be facilitated by Libni López and Jill Greenwood. No prior experience is necessary.

Please register for the session here.
